Guest Access: Free parking in the plaza, an open parking space which is about 5 meters away from the apartment. Access the building through the smart lock door. Go up the stairs and grab the key from the lockbox and open the door. The code for the smart lock and lockbox will be provided upon booking confirmation. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly. Early Check-In: Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 400 MXN Early check-in fee will apply. Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability. 2. Late Check-Out: Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee of 400 MXN will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm). 3. Luggage Drop-Off Service: We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time. 250 MXN will be charged for availing of this service.
