Location, location, location. This is an older home in the perfect location. The neighboring property which looks identical is listed for $1.1 million.

This property was perfect! It felt just like home and was the most ideal spot for some girl friends coming back to visit their favorite place on earth. The house was spotless and the welcome gifts were so sweet! We will definitely be using this property again and will recommend to other friends and family members in the future!

Very comfortable, clean and great location to walk to VT campus and football games. We will stay in this house again when visiting Blacksburg.

Ran a tailgate for the Virginia Tech game this weekend. This house was the perfect location to easily get back and forth to Tech. Plenty of parking and very comfortable for our group of 10.

This historic home was perfect for our group of Virginia Tech alumni who came back to visit for the weekend. Incredible location walking distance to campus and downtown Blacksburg. Plenty of space to sleep and hang out. The parking spaces in the back were helpful. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Truly enjoyed being so close to campus, giving me a feeling of being on campus! Staying in a home steeped in history - prominent Physics teacher, Robeson! - was very special. I took physics in the Robeson academic building back in 1990! The cleanliness and hostess touches was very homey, too.

This was our home for a 4 day swim meet in Christiansburg. The house is great, more beds than our family of 4 needed. Location was good for us. It would be an amazing location if you were visiting VT or wanted to explore down town, you could walk everywhere.

Wonderful location near main street and campus and plenty of space.

A home away from home! Ample space to spread out and feel comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more pots/pans (replacements are in need as current nonstick surface is peeling of the pots/pans). Unfortunately, one of the showers was inoperable and would have liked to know that before we arrived. Historic property with easy access to all things VT!

We had a wonderful stay for a fraternity function. The location is wonderful and the house was very spacious. We will come again. Shower pressure left something to be desired but it’s an older home and was expected.

My friends and I all had a great experience at this house. We visited for a relaxing weekend and the house was everything we needed. Perfect location and comfortably slept 8 of us. Everything was clean and we would definitely come back.

The house was perfect for a girls weekend in Blacksburg. The property manager was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

My family gathered for the first time since Covid restrictions for a weekend at the Robeson House. It provided comfortable, spacious accommodation for 5 adults, and served as our home base for visits to our senior parents/grandparents who live in Blacksburg. We were delighted to see the design and craftsmanship of the house, and the care the owners took to preserve it's character. It was very special for us because we are Robeson descendants, and this was once our grandparent's home.

The bathrooms and bedrooms all had used towels and linens from the ones who previously used the property. The trash bins were filed the fridge has left overs the half bathroom has no light. We got there late and tired after 11 hours of touring and travel. The owner said we can cancel or refund the night's stay. We couldn't find anywhere to go it was terrible. Next time I will confirm if lodging is clean hours before I get there

Short walk to campus, restaurants or Main St. Roomy house, great for large group!

Delightful historic house in residential neighborhood. Most of our party highly enjoyed the stay, but the light sleepers were disturbed by loud motorcycles on the street. It even has an office for work that needs quiet and privacy.

This was an awesome stay in a historic house literally on the edge of campus. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of days. The location is what puts this house over the top - it was so convenient to everything on campus at Virginia Tech! We felt like we were back at school and had a great time reminiscing about our time at VA Tech!

We were in-town for my son's wedding who received his physics degree from VT, so this house just seemed ideal. We held the rehearsal dinner at the house, and it was perfect as guests had many different rooms / locations to gather in. We had nice weather, so many were outside too. My only recommendation would be minor repairs / updates such as a plug for the kitchen sink, a new umbrella for the patio table, etc. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was cute. Loved our time in Blacksburg again!
