Nice little A frame that has recently been freshened. OK location for our needs but nothing special in terms of someone on vacation/relaxing. Was very clean, except left over food in fridge. The back yard was nice and the hot tube is a bonus- sadly foot full of stiches from recent surgery so couldn't test out. Parking was good for at least two cars. Very quiet as on side road off and already not much traveled road. Would be good location for person with bikes.

The flooring is uneven in spots as the new wood plank flooring was improperly installed (a note to that effect was on the table). The stairs up to the bedroom have a very awkward design that makes taking large luggage up a challenge. It's an A-frame so beware of your head near the walls. This was bit of annoyance in getting to baseboard heaters without cracking head. Lights in one bathroom didn't work and stool was wobbly. The $100 cleaning fee is a rip off in my opinion as stripping bed, doing garbage and cleaning are required. Especially as this was an overnight stay.

The house was clean, well organized with a lot of nice decorations, the hot tub was great, and the communication with the hosts was also easy and helpful. Would totally recommend!

Could use AC units in the bedrooms.

Clean place. Recent flip/remodel.

The uneven flooring panels can actually pinch your feet. They clearly did a slap dash job of replacing the floor. The hosts are demanding rather than accomodating; a big turn off. It's not in the description at time of booking, but after you book, they send you a huge list of cleaning expectations. They also add charges for people (more than two) even though that's also not in the charges at time of booking.

Very quiet (the airport is not busy), secluded wonderful get away. Very clean, everything is new. The spa pool is a wonderful asset to this property. I would highly recommend this property if you have to stay near Vancouver, only 35 minutes drive. (1 hour due to traffic during busy times) The US border was the easiest that I have ever experience. We even went back through in the evening to go out to dinner.

Very comfortable and great for a family. We loved having access to a yard and hot tub. The bathtubs are huge and deep! Extremely clean. Ken is very responsive.

The yard could use some maintenance.

What a great spot! Quiet neighbourhood, but incredibly close to a STUNNING sunset spot - we saw countless pilot whales just a 10-minute walk from the house! Saltwater Cafe just up the street had an awesome breakfast as well. As far as house itself, the hot tub was actually what sold us on where to spend our weekend and it did NOT disappoint. There is plenty of privacy, insane amounts of space, and everything you could need for a weekend getaway.

The place is great! Would absolutely stay again on a return trip to Point Roberts!
