Friendly people in reception . Room spacious.
Average quality breakfast. Highly overcharged dinner . No proper guidance in restaurant. Families hijacking even chairs in common area. No proper password given for WiFi. Overall experience was like a second class train journey!

Location with old world charm.

Breakfast - ok
Toilets and shower - small, cramped and at another level which can be dangerous at night

Staff was. Courteous
Too small room. No lift and room in second floor. My mother in law have knee pain but no option. Old setup., Not value for money.

swimming pool was small but ok

Great view of garden from my room.
slide lock on veranda door was loose. Anyone could enter room from veranda with a slight push on the locked door.
Also, AC high on wall leaked water onto the floor. Some of the engineered flooring with wood top is starting to buckle from moisture

Lovely location overlooking the gardens. Good service and comfortable facility. Far from the city and sites, so be prepared for long rides
Only downside was hot water, provided by geyser, ran out during the first bath. Lighting could be a bit brighter as well.

We chose this property because it is in Brindavan Gardens - but Gardens themselves were not so well kept as I had seen a decade earlier. Maybe Dec is not month to travel to Brindavan Gardens.
Excellent staff and service.
Excellent food and restaurant staff service.
Excellent rooms - but every piece of furniture outside our room was broken and dilapidated.
Choose another property - this one is not worth the money charged. As Brindavan Gardens themselves are not looked after well.

Location of hotel
Over priced, badly maintained property.
Below par food,but very pricey
Rooms have lizards, bathrooms don't even have exhaust
Badly maintained pool
Badly maintained bicycles
Go here if and only if you want to wake up to Brindavan Garden

the greenery around the property and food
the rooms are outdated and was not cleaned properly. the toilets were not working . after requesting for a change of room , the staff didn’t bother comeback to us on it . and while checkout I asked them about it and the manager was cluelsss. .
also the price for food is exhuberant . we paid 16k for the food for 4 people for an overnight stay. Not worth the money

Location is Iconic, always brings me back. Clean Rooms and Good Breakfast although Limited
Maintenance is the Single Significant aspect Missing ! Shower Sets need immediate Replacement ! Breakfast Sideboard had a Non-Working Induction Set which needs Immediate Replacement !!

Vegetarian lunch is not good, it was very spicy and not that much tasty

Extremely high head weighted dam security staff. Taking challenge to not let us in for no mistake of ours (since Agoda had cancelled my booking without even informing me). And using foul language. You're security manager Mr Erappa could not sort it out. It was a very bad experience that too with children sitting in the car and missing the music fountain, which took 3-4 for hours to sort it out myself without any help from your staff who even avoided my calls. This is unacceptable.
Inability to sort issues with dam security and take us in. Very very incapable staff. No staff gave us any info on facilities or activities at your property. After we checked out and were leaving my daughter then saw the cycle and wanted to go for a ride. Which also turned sour because the chain popped out and she had to push it for long distance. Very very bad experience.

- Location is great
-This is an old beautiful colonial style building concerted into a hotel.
- The view from the room was beautiful.
- Spacious room.
- Great for a relaxing holiday.
- Customer service is great.
- Hiresh was very helpful both before we reserved the hotel (answered questions on the phone) and also was very helpful after we checked in at the hotel.
- Kumarswamy, Noor were great in terms of service at restaurant and the afternoon snacks in the patio.
- Kumari and other staff were quite helpful when it came to room service, cleaning etc.
-
- No outdoor seating for restaurant even during these times of COVID-19 pandemic. So we tried to avoid the restaurant as much as possible.
- Bath tub could have been a bit more clean.

The bed was comfy and the views are very photogenic but that would be where it stopped
Pretty much everything, the bathrooms were revolting, the safe didn’t work, the mini bar was not working, in the restaurant the fish turned up raw, one dish never arrived and the drinks went missing altogether. The arched window in the bedroom has no curtains so the hallway light lights up the room. The curtains hadn’t been washed in about 10 years.

The location is prime ,views from the balcony are pristine
No elevator in the hotel , quoting reasons that it is a heritage property ,which is not acceptable. My 72 year mum had to climb the stairs to our room on the third floor. The rooms are tiny. No basic facilities like toothpaste etc. Nothing is complimentary. The beds were not comfy either. The couches in the room were stained
