Guest house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, a tankless water heater, water softener and a reverse osmosis water purification system. The bathroom has a large shower and a double sink vanity. The bedroom is provided with high quality linens and an extremely comfortable mattress. The bedroom also provides majestic views of the Santa Ynez Mountains. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you will need to prepare that perfect dinner. The living room has comfortable seating, a high definition 42” TV and a wood burning fireplace that creates a cozy retreat that you won’t want to leave.
