Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home. *There are steps to enter the home* The main floor: ▪️Spacious living room with sofa, love seat, board games and smart TV ▪️Full kitchen with fully stocked coffee bar and everything you'll need to cook and dine-in ▪️Dining room with gorgeous wood dining table and comfortable chairs ▪️Half bathroom ▪️Bedroom #1 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV. The second level: ▪️Bedroom #2 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV. ▪️Bedroom #3 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV. ▪️Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo ▪️Fully stocked linen closet The lower level: ▪️Laundry room with full size washer and dryer We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack! This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating. Outside: ▪️Backyard features a deck with charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit. ▪️Plenty of parking *Charcoal, firewood & lighting source NOT provided* Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns before booking. Guests will have access to the entire house, garage, basement and yard. Certain closets will remain locked. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months. ☀️Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience! 🚖There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 10% off Elite Transportation services when picked up from a Vine & Vistas Geneva property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

We were coming in for an event at Spire Academy that was being held on Saturday so we flew in Friday night and back out on sunday. It was the perfect location. Easy to get to from the airport within less than an hour and only 5 minutes from Spire academy. The property was clean and had everything we needed.

My recent stay at Rebekah's Place proved to be an experience worth sharing. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, the location provided the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions that made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Walking into Rebekah's Place, we were immediately impressed by the warm and inviting feel. What truly set this place apart were the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, making home-cooked meals an enjoyable affair. The coffee bar, featuring local flavors, was a delightful addition that added a unique touch to our mornings. As for the location, it was ideal. We were just a short drive away from several local wineries that offered tastings and tours, adding a wonderful dimension to our stay. Other attractions were also within easy reach, making our daily excursions hassle-free. The living accommodations were spacious, providing more than enough room for me, my friend, and her dog. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every corner reflecting thoughtfulness and attention to detail. One minor issue we encountered was the ventilation in the house. The second floor tended to get a bit warm and a portable AC unit would be a great addition to ensure comfort throughout the property. Despite the minor ventilation issue, I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I certainly look forward to my next stay at Rebekah’s!

We had an overall good experience. We liked the house was not super close to the neighbouring houses due to having our dog with us. It was a quick drive to the beach.

The project manager responded immediately!!and very professional . After a couple of problems. One with A/C and one with bathtub not draining. Location is great from family, friends and Geneva..on lake.

An older place but clean. Carpets could use a scrub and I’m not a fan of memory foam mattresses. But overall stay was good. Everything you need and close to a lot of the wineries.

This house is as advertised! It was very clean and cute. Three decent size bedrooms with TVs, most necessities were all included. The beds were comfortable. The lot is in a quiet area and it is very convenient for events at SPIRE and close to wineries. We just had a mix-up with the access code, but the host responded quickly.
