Beach Haven 30A is a 3rd floor Unit with Gulf Views was completely renovated in 2021. We spared no expense with the renovation or the impeccable furniture and decorations. The Inn at Seacrest Beach has deeded beach access, a community pool and walkability to the East End of 30A's most popular shops and restaurants. It is ideally located between Alys and Rosemary Beach. Our 325 sq ft studio condo is well designed and makes efficient use of space. The kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, Kitchen-Aid toaster oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils and Tupperware. Onsite amenities include a coin-operated laundry room. There are plenty of unassigned parking for one car, beach access, BBQ grills, outdoor heated pool and hot tub. There are wonderful common areas to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets.
