Centrally located! Minutes from shops, restaurants, and the convention center and very close to the boardwalk! Lots of natural light. Off the main street! The space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a kitchen, a living room, a front sitting room, and a front porch. Bedroom 1: 1 queen-sized bed Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds full-sized Common Space: 1 Sofa Bed You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note; Street parking is near the house, you may also park in a Garage around the Broadwalk. **Disclosure:** For your protection and ours, the property has surveillance or recording devices, directly facing the front/back of the property. They record clips auto-delete after 15 days and are only accessed if there is an issue.

property was not a cottage but a duplex. Area where located was run down with a lot of homeless and vacant properties. property leaked and ruined clothes because there was no place to put clothes up. Had to leave early because of conditions. No parking near property. Would not recommend still waiting on a promised refund.

The house itself is adorable once you’re inside. The interior pictures definitely matched the description and I was happy about that, but getting to the property was not how I imagined. Parking is tough. Street parking only and nothing ever close to the property so you’re walking quite a ways in a neighborhood that doesn’t feel very safe. It’s not “steps to the beach and Caesar’s” like the description indicated. It’s a long walk through areas that don’t feel safe. The only grocery store around, we quickly left and drove a distance just to get food while we were there. Adorable house but the location is definitely misleading and I kept apologizing to my kids for putting them in a location like that unknowingly. I’d never stay there again.

I believe the property says that it’s a block away from the boardwalk and it’s 2 blocks away. A lot of the houses in the area are abandon and it’s not safe at all for family with kids. You see a lot of things that children shouldn’t see. Bedroom door was looked when we arrived so someone had to come and unlock it and all this we want to have the property ready when u arrive is just not true. Too many rules and it’s not worth it to loose a night of sleep.

Very friendly neighbors. Overall place is what it said it was going to be enjoyed our stay wouldn’t recommend families with young children.

The house is nice and matches the pictures. You stay behind another house and next to someone but is not bad. It is a short walk to the beach and plenty of things to do around the house.

Just what we needed I love the fact that is just in walking distance to the boardwalk and we didn't had to pay for parking, I would definitely recommend staying there if you want to enjoyed Atlantic City at a cheap cost.

The host was nice and responsive but didn't send us details to place until I had to let them know we were there and waiting. The address provided by vrbo and Orbitz was not the correct address, which was deceiving and I wouldn't have booked if I had known it was in the back of another house in a split shared house. Had a big rain, roof leaked in guest bedroom and ruined some of my daughters makeup and stained clothes. Daughter woke up to ants all over her bags which freaked her out. Took pictures of everything and thought that I could show the host but doesn't look like he was interested in seeing them. All in all, the host is a nice person, but we wouldn't stay again.
