Excellent variety for breakfast and the location was all within walking distance.

Not three bathrooms as Booking.com advertisement suggests. There is only one bathroom.
Beautiful gardens and Yackandandah was a lovely town.
Booking.com has this house listed as having three bathrooms but there is only one. Please update the advertisement so it's accurate and not misleading to future guests. Also the back deck/pergola area has a lot of wasps and bees, please see the photos I took of the wasp nests in the frame of one of the sliding doors. I think some action is needed to control.

a private and eclectic little house that is clearly loved!
had absolutely everything we needed plus the little extra touches like flowers and fresh eggs was wonderful.

Loved the house and the area, would love to return at a different time of the year.
The location was perfect, close to town, shops, restaurants and leisure. The house was spotlessly clean and warm, with a beautiful garden and a magnificent view of the mountains. The facilities were far more than I expected, with a good supply and variety of basic breakfast provisions.
Nothing at all. It was all great.
