The owners occupy the other side of this charming double and are available to help if any issues arise during your stay. Come enjoy New Orleans the way locals do in this lovely daffodil colored home! You'll have everything you need to feel at home during your visit in New Orleans, from a full kitchen and laundry center, to a spacious and comfortable sectional in the living room along with a desk if you need to get any work done during your stay. Two queen sized beds always prepped with clean sheets and comforters will make it easy to get a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning allows you to climate control each room depending on your preference. See what it's like to stay in a traditional New Orleans shotgun house built over 100 years ago - no hallways, each room leads to the next, front to back through the house. Our accommodations in this sweet shotgun house fit us perfectly. My husband and I are in our 60's and the location fit us perfectly, without the worry of a car. We were close to the number 8 bus that took us into the French Quarter. We bought jazz passes that enabled us to visit all over the city in buses and cable cars. Neighborhood was exciting and culturally diverse.
The house was very clean and accommodating for our needs in food preparation, Comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our 10 day vacation immensely. Thank you

This place had everything we needed. In town for a volleyball tournament so needed a quiet comfortable place to stay and this place checked all the boxes.

We had a great time staying at the Daffodil Teal house this week. Within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants, bars, and other unique New Orleans spots. The additional amenities of washer and dryer and AC were definitely a plus. Friendly neighbors also added to the true New Orleans experience. Thanks y’all

First off, we loved the 100 year old shotgun style house. From the original wood floors to the stained glass window above the entry way, we were in love. While the neighborhood isn't somewhere we would feel comfortable walking around in after dark, during the day it was quiet and mostly peaceful. Mostly because a neighbor nearby had a yound puppy that barked frequently. We loved that we were a close walk to some nearby above-ground cemetaries, and we were a 10 minute lyft or uber ride into the heart of the French Quarter. The full size kitchen and washer and dryer were lifesavers. We loved that the host also provided us with a free bag of New Orleans whole bean coffee, along with a grinder and a french press (there was a drip coffee maker as well). The property was beautifully managed and very clean. The host was very kind and responded to our questions in a timely manner. There was every amenity that you could think of available. Come here for your next stay!

Easy location to Uber from where ever we wanted to go

Very attractive house with a lot of charm and character. We especially appreciated the Brita filtered water pitcher in the fridge so we could get cold water to drink whenever we wanted to. Staying there made me feel like a part of the neighborhood and leaving really did feel like leaving home after only a week.

Loved our beautiful and large home in a peaceful and beautiful setting in the woods facing the lake. Management was so accommodating and understanding. Loved our stay. Highly recommend it.

Everything I needed for a relaxing stay during French Quarter Fest. It was close enough for me to walk into the Quarter during the day and far enough away to be quiet and chill at night. The home is gorgeous and immaculately clean, and Ainsley was super responsive. I would definitely stay again!

The Daffodil Teal house is in a quiet neighborhood and pretty close to everything we wanted to do. Uber to Bourbon St. and the French Quarter was only 10 minutes away The check in/out process was super easy, the house was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Ainsley was super nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever back in the area.

Love this up and coming area. We’re from NOLA and we’re back to go to a couple of shows, a party and eat, and have a few meals with friends, and try a few restaurants! Nearby Bywater has some great options for foodies and comfort foods!! We didn’t use the kitchen but it’s well stocked with everything to prepare meals there! Both beds were nice and comfy! Appreciated having a proper desk for little work! Also ,important to us this is a permitted short term rental!!

Came down for a overnight stay for a 7 on 7 football tournament. This was definitely a great choice for me and my sons. Lots of space, clean, and in a quiet area. Not far from downtown.
