Take a short stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, and Hawaiian Convention Center. This partially remodeled studio offers city views and sleeps 2. This unit is located on the 25th floor. Elevators are available. *see OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE below KITCHEN/DINING This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware. LIVING/SLEEPING AREA This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2), dining area for 2, smart tv, and ac. BED/BATH This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and full bath with shower/tub. OUTDOOR AREAS This home does not have a private outdoor area. BUILDING AMENITIES The Hawaiian Monarch building offers upgraded amenities such as a giant Sundeck, pool and hot tub, paid fitness center (one-time nominal fee), paid luggage storage (one-time nominal fee), paid laundry (nominal fee). The building lobby levels also have a locally-owned coffee shop, car rental, King’s (bar), convenience store and restaurant (Burger & Sushi). Building has 24/7 security, elevators and attached, secured garage. PARKING This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $40/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time. LOCATION The Hawaiian Monarch offers easy access to Honolulu’s diverse offerings. Take a short walk to the restaurant-filled Hilton Hawaiian Village or the adjacent protected bay for swimming, picnic-ing and paddle boarding. Explore nearby Fort DeRussy Beach Park, soft-sanded beaches, famous restaurants, surf lessons, paddle board rentals, and shopping. Close to Hawaii Convention Center, Royal Hawaiian Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head State Monument and more. Everything was good, except the location of the microwave. The cord was so short that you had to put the microwave on the floor or an a chair.
