Nice getaway not too far away and very warm with a beautiful fire place, big enough table for card playing. Very clean and smelt great. Definitely would book again. Thank you

We held our band's 10+ year reunion here. Great home and layout. Just the perfect getaway. 18 minutes from all the things you may need to purchase for food and such.

Property was nice and spacious - lots of room for our accommodations. Local property manager was not very responsive to phone calls or returning calls nor making arrangements with VRBO on check in and out times agreed to ahead of time. Short on towels and paper products - had to make a run to the store for basic needs.

The house was beautiful and roomy and a great setting for a reunion. A great spot to gather and talk, enjoy meals, and have options for shopping and exploring Nisswa or just lounging. We plan to do it again next year.

I dislike leaving negative reviews but in this case, it’s important to do so. I had messaged Evolve via the VRBO app twice leading up to our reservation, and received no responses in return. I then emailed the property contact Erik directly to let him know that we were not going to be able to make our trip and that while I know it wasn’t refundable due to the late cancellation, I hoped someone else could perhaps use it. I didn’t ask for a refund at all. I shared our reason for cancelling-my husband has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Instead of a response acknowledging my cancellation, I received an email asking how our stay was and to rate our experience. Obviously no one had monitored my reservation and Erik was MIA. I’m completely disheartened and disappointed in the lack of customer service and compassion.

It was a very nice place to have a getaway. I love the view but the thing sucks witj my stay there, it had to rain on that weekend but overall i enjoyed my time n stay.❤✌

The guys could not stop talking about the amazing time they had. They said the house was beautiful and had everything they needed to make the stay the best possible. They got LOTS of fishing time in. We will definitely being looking to rent this house again!
