We loved the house and it's facilities they were absolutely amazing.

We bought additional services through DanCenter, which services the house, e.g. linen and final cleaning as we were traveling all the way from Iceland. We are unfortunately very dissatisfied with the service we purchased through DanCenter as it was very expensive and very limited. The sheets we received did not fit the beds in the house, the sheets were constantly shifting and therefore causing discomfort. Our 3 year old son fell out of his bed in the middle of the night and hit his head hard because the sheet didn't stay on the bed. As we were traveling a long distance we bought a final cleaning which was outrageously expensive for what it included which was really limited and not the cleaning we would have wanted. Which didn't become clear until we checked in and got all the information. We have previously used similar services from similar companies such as DanCenter in other countries, which has been much better and fairer. We recommend that people think twice before using the service from DanCenter. Please note that linen and cleaning are not included in the price on Booking.com, it is a hidden cost that is added to the booking after the booking has bern made through Booking.com.
