المكان مرتب ومريح ومتعوب عليه من ناحية التأثيث والانشاء والديكور للشاليه ، وفيه فكر هندسي جميل
حجزي على بوكينق كان غير قابل للاسترداد لذلك ادخلت بيانات بطاقتي الائتمانية بشكل كامل وصحيح ولكن استمر وصول ايميلات بعدم صلاحية البطاقة، ولما وصلت للشاليه عرفت السبب بأنهم لايقبلون البطاقات الائتمانية وفقط مدى تقبل ، العماله في مستوى ضعيف من الاحترافيه طلبت اشوف الشاليه قبل السكن وتم ارسال عامل معاي وقف امام الباب وقال دق الجرس انا ما اعرف اذا فيه احد داخل !! ورفض فتح الباب الا لما اصريت عليه ، الشاليه كان فيه نمل في الصاله وهذا بسبب عدم تنظيف بقايا اكل تحت الكنب ، المسبح كان مغلق بمفتاح وطلبته وانتظرت نصف ساعه الى وصول المفتاح
للاسف قاموا بالغاء حجزي في بوكينق بسبب البطاقه الائتمانيه فطالبتهم بحكم الغاء الحجز تخفيض المبلغ بمقدار 15٪ والتي من المفترض تدفع لبوكينق فوعدني الاخ المصري في الاستقبال باعادة الحجز وتفعيله ، ولكن لم يتم وتواصلت مع دعم بوكينق لاعادة الحجز من جهتي

They’re very nice and it’s so clean and well established and we just loved it!

Warm welcome by the reception, helpful staff . The villa is spacious with nice interior design . Indoor pool. Great WiFi. From ironing board to fully equipped kitchen everything are available. The neighborhood has some supermarkets. The facility has a coffee shop with snacks . Totally recommended.
