الفندق قريب من الحرم ، الغرفة التي اخذتها نظيفة ومرتبة وخدماتها ومرافقها ايضا ، خدمات الفندق من مصلى ومطعم وصالة كلها متميزة ، عجبني تنوع أصناف الاكل في المطعم ، المصلى نظيف جدا ، الموظفين بشوشين وودودين ، شكرا للاخت رشا على حسن تعاملها الراقي خلال اقامتي في الفندق لليلتين.

اتمنى اطالة مدة وقت الافطار ولا توجد اي ملاحظات اخرى

Location is super, close to Haram and markets. Easy access in and out, elevators are quick. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful, especially Ammar Al-Sharif who helped me change my room due to poor AC

AC is not as good as I expected. Not good for those who can not sleep in warm temperature room like me. The lobby was much colder than the room 😄

بشاشه موظفي الاستقبال والمطعم

موعد تسجيل الدخول هو الساعه 4 مساء ولم استلم الغرف الا الساعه 9 مساء وعند السؤال لماذا التأخير في تسليم الغرف كان الجواب تاخر النزيل السابق في تسجيل الخروج .!! العذر غير مقبول لقد قمت بدفع القيمه كامله لماذا انا يجب ان اتحمل مشكله النزيل السابق.. حجزت عدد 2 جونير سويت .. السويت عباره عن غرفة وصاله حجمها جدا صغير والحمام صغير حدا بالنسبه لسويت وتوزيع الادوات الصحيه فيه غير مرتب المغسله صغيره جدا وخلف الباب مباشره صعب تتحرك .. السعر مقابل نوعية الغرف جدا مرتفع..

Breakfast was excellent, but location wise it’s not easy to find. Especially since many people come from the Makkah bus. They shoukd have an airport and shuttle service to and from the haramain train station. For the money we pay this should be an amenity.

Sammah Ghamdi, extremely rude customer receptionist. And the fact that they laugh at you and talk to each other in Arabic instead of apologizing. They need training on how to treat customers/guests.

The hotel disappeared during my stay, that's how good the place. Amouage toiletries. Wow!! Haram view from 16th floor . They even have a couch with a footstool in the window for you to look at the Haram and reflect . Superb quality bathrobe.

The hospitality team at Jumeirah is truly outstanding. Their level of professionalism and politeness is exceptional, and they greet you with warm smiles. The housekeeping staff checks on your room multiple times a day, ensuring it's not only clean but also catering to your needs. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. I can confidently say that it's the best I've experienced in the area. The variety and quality of dishes were truly impressive. In terms of location, the Jumeirah Hotel is conveniently close to the Haram. It takes just about 10 minutes to reach the King Fahd Gate from your room, depending on the crowd. Internet was good and we never had any issue with it. One point worth noting is that it's a fairly new hotel and it is yet to be seen how they maintain their standards as the hotel gets more crowded.

One noticeable inconvenience was the lack of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. Additionally, the lifts in the hotel were surprisingly slow and a bit shaky, which was unexpected for a new establishment. The sofa bed could have been more comfortable. I felt that it wasn't of a high quality.

الاتصال المتكرر وقت الخروج وعدم السماح بتسجيل خروج متأخر لو ساعه وحدة فقط علمآ بتسجيل دخول متأخر والتأخير في تسليم الغرفة وللامانه الاقامة جدآ رائعه واتمنى المرونه من قبل الموظفين
