Booked a stay to watch the eclipse. The hotel would not honor the booking price and wanted more than $200 more per night. While I was on the phone with hotels.com to see if they could help me out, I also saw the front desk staff making fun of other customers. Otherwise a below-average Motel 6: a bed and some outlets, a shower that didn't work right.

The employees tried to be helpful, but it was an uphill battle. We had a paid reservation for the weekend of the eclipse and the lady at checkin tried to collect an additional $418 because "the price had gone up." We convinced her that wasn't happening and were able to check in. Our room had water under the laminate floor tiles which would occasionally squirt up through the cracks when stepped on, And the bathroom door wouldn't close. Apparently, the hotel has had a recent change of management, and the new owner is making an effort to fix it up but has a long way to go.

Absolute dishonest unclean, in bad condition. I had a reservation. This place refused to honor it, doubled the rate and disregarded my argument. Place is disgusting: dirty, in complete disrepair, with falling apart rooms.

I reserved the hotel 2 months in advance. I confirmed the reservation with a phone call 1 week in advance. When I arrive (after an overnight drive from NYC) I was told that they would not honor the price and wanted 115 dollars more. I showed them my reservation and they said that it was in their system but said that they did not have to honor the price because of the eclipse. I paid 200.00 to stay in a hotel that wasn't worth 50.00. It was filthy, the heater was only on or off, no thermostat. I had to get up to turn it off, then later get up to turn it on. The TV was Green colored. The toilet leaked water on the bathroom floor.

It was “fine”. Nice service at the front desk, getting a ride to the airport was wonderful, and was fine for the one nights sleep. Would not recommend for a longer stay than that.

Dirty drug addicts in hallway with needle in their arm. Lady at front desk had no customer service skills. Headboard was on the bed with roaches everywhere, then they switched our room, but it was dirty as well. I left awaiting a refund now. I wouldn't let a homeless person live there. Building needs to be demolished.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though I booked a nonsmoking room The TV wouldn’t work, and they wouldn’t fix it and refused to give me a different room claiming the motor was fully booked THE PARKING LOT WAS EMPTY 😵‍💫 The Wi-Fi didn’t work And the PHONE was not hooked up…AT ALL 😡 Will NEVER stay there again

With in 2 minutes of walking into the room we found 2 roaches running around the room. Asked for a refund and the front desk refused. Had to go find and pay for a second hotel.

Hotel did not have a nonsmoking room, though we booked nonsmoking. We refused a smoking room. (The lobby itself smelled of stale smoke.) We pushed back, politely, but the hotel had no nonsmoking room for us. We found a room elsewhere.

This place is in terrible shape. The floors are sticky. The carpets dirty. Room doors show vandalism. There are signs everywhere indicating the hotel is not responsible for stolen property. Kids are running around screaming. Guests have passed our room swearing loudly. Shelves in our room have been pulled off the wall and not repaired. There is glass protecting the ladies at the front desk. This is not a safe place to stay and its just plain dirty. 1 star is too high.

Our room had bugs . Room door was ready to fall off. The whole place is is dire need of repair and upkeep. Upon arrival another guest( who decided to leave) was warning people to not stay. The door lock actually fell off lheir room. A sign said under new management… they have a lot of work to do to get them up to even a 1star rating. Would not return or recommend.

Rooms were disqusting, Blood was on toilet and floor. They moved us to a different room but then they gave someone that room too. I will never stay there again and miss I could get refunded my rewards and money back

When we got to the property we were given our room keys and brought our stuff in with a cart to find out there was no elevator. We walked up the stairs to our room where we can see other doors are broken. When walking into our room there are no sheets on the bed to expose the extremely dirt mattress. The a/c cover is off and was put in the bath tub. The lamp was torn up and there was dirt and dust everywhere. Absolutely horrific. We came down stairs because we cannot stay in that room to find out that’s not an active room at the motel. They were able to switch us to a smokers room instead. Absolutely horrific.

Check in was crazy. Took more than 20 minutes. Then the remote was missing, then replaced w one that didn’t work. Then there were no towels available, the tub stopper was missing and the toilet paper holder was broken. Oh, and no elevator.

This property was very bad the room you couldn’t get into the key didn’t work the tv and phone was not working. They gave us another room that was not the greatest it didn’t have the bedside table and didn’t have enough towels or any hand towels at all the ice machine was broken and didn’t work at all this was the worst stay we ever had.

It was noisy, the people at the front desk at night socialized with friends - not sure if the were people who stayed there or were from the outside, I had wifi on my phone on my room but couldn’t not get it on my laptop. There were not enough towels in the room, all the lights were not working.

The room was clean but checking in took well over 30 minutes. The place needs a major update which appears to have been started, but done very poorly. It looked like a child had done the painting. Trim was coming off or missing. I will not stay here again.

The room I was in - the air conditioning was not working. The key cards were not working by the outside doors to get in or out. If you weee lucky you had wi-fi in your room, if not you had to go outside in the hallway to get it.

Room is filthy, dirty and cockroaches everywhere in the room. When I reached at the front desk, attended Ash(spelling???) told me that my booking was canceled though I assured them before start driving from NYC. After long time waiting and huge conversation they arranged me a different room.

The staff was arguing outside about the availability of rooms when came in, nobody introduced themselves of their postion, they told me my reservation was canceled and that they notified me and my three party which is you and they didn't and the rooms were outdated with roaches which made my daughter uncomfortable staying there.
