Very bad service booked one room and got another worst room. Breakfast was included in bookings but hotel didn't gave the breakfast Very very very poor service Money not worth it

Yumi qui était a la cuisine, était d'une vrai gentillesse ! nous sommes très déçus du reste et ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel ! A bannir !!!!

Nous avions demandé lors de notre réservation une navette depuis l'aéroport (proposée sur Booking) nous avons attendu plus d'une demi heure sans que personne ne vienne, nous avons du nous débrouiller seuls.a notre arrivée, aucune compensation ni excuse ne nous a été présentée ! Les p'tits dej inclus dans le pris sont composés de 2 tranches de pain de mie sec. Le café et le thé sont en supplément, mais cela nous l'avons appris a notre départ.le 1er soir après une longue journée dans Katmandou, le personnel a été incapable de nous retrouver la clé de notre chambre, nous avons attendu plus d'une demi heure (aucune organisation). La chambre était sale, les draps déchirés et tachés. Pas d'eau chaude le 1er soir après 15h d'avion !!!! Le matelas était dur et donc très inconfortable, un bar a ambiance est ouvert toute la nuit jusqu'à 3heures du matin avec une musique très forte et des gens qui parlent fort sous notre chambre ! Impossible de dormir ! Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement qui ne devrait pas exister !

The second room I was given was very dirty, power sockets dangerous and in one case blackened and burnt. Mosquito grid on bathroom window had holes in it. No hot water in room for showers at all, owner said they didn't bother to put the geyser on, only offering to do so after I told them I was checking out 9 days early because of the state of the room and the noise from their dance bar which went on till 2 in the morning, when people who has arrived by motorbike left, creating more noise and making sleep impossible Toilet in bathroom badly stained. Very few of the facilties listed on booking.com.com were available, e.g. no TV,.in room. There were cockroaches and red ants in my room, the back of the wardrobe was loose, allowing insects to get in The wall fan came off the wall when it was rotating, shattering the blades and narrowly missing me The door lock was very stiff, so I didn't lock it at night, had to just bolt the door because I was concerned about the possibility of fire caused by the electrical issues. The owner did offer me another room when he realised I was going to check out early, but I refused. The room they gave should never have been let in the first place.
