New LVP flooring installed Summer 2022 throughout upstairs.    The villa has a full kitchen with cookware and utensils provided, as well as dishes, silverware, and coffee maker. Added recess lighting and floating shelves in Summer 2022. New flat screen TV and updated flooring downstairs. Cable TV and wi-fi provided in villa. Cards are required to use other resort island pools, gym, food court, restaurants, and golf/tennis. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities, effective Feb 24, 2023.    PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and tick/flea treatments to be considered with reservation. Number of pets allowed: 2 (dogs only). Pet weight requirement: no more than 65 lbs.    NO SMOKING ALLOWED!
