Private one-car off-street parking included, although nearby on-street parking is generally easy to find. Ductless AC is in every bedroom and in both common rooms. Both TVs are smart TVs, with internet-streaming services included, but no cable. We include Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney, and Apple TV subscription services.
