This splendid home has plenty of space for families and friends to spread out on their next getaway. The spacious kitchen comes equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making cooking for the group a breeze! Gather on the sectional sofa at the end of the day to share stories or roast some marshmallows under the stars at the wood-burning outdoor firepit located in the backyard. Whether you choose to go explore the city or stay in the comforts of the Pine Spring Palace, there will be memories made to last a lifetime! Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer, central AC, and fast WiFi. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not available for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This house was perfect for our mini-family reunion. It had a perfect open layout with plenty of room so everyone could come together in the main living area. The back yard was perfect for games and spending time at the firepit. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Everyone thought the beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets if we needed them, which was great in the AC! The bathrooms were very nice as well and there were plenty of towels. No complaints here and would highly recommend!
