The position of the apartment on the map was in the center of Bucharest, but the real position was almost outside Bucharest, near Catelu village. The owner knew about this and she should have worn us when we booked, to have the possibility to cancel the booking. But she let us until the last moment in the evening, when we arrived in the city center looking for the apartment... We called her and asked her to accept the cancellation without penalty, but she refused and cashed out the money. We booked another apartment in the city center and paid for both apartments. We did not appreciate the lack of honesty and understanding of the owner.
