The space: This Home has been lovingly renovated into a modern and cozy bungalow with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Although we allow guests up to 12 people we personally think it comfortably accommodates 10 adults/kids. Need more space? The living room and each bedroom has its own wall-mounted Roku smart TV with access to apps like Netflix, Prime video, Hulu, & Disney+ for you to log into. Internet access throughout the home is also included. The living room has an assortment of board games, cards, and dominos for the more relaxed evenings. The Primary bedroom has a king bed and sofa bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with 2 rollaway beds stored in the closet. Bedroom 3 has queen bunk beds and roll out sofa bed that separate into 2 single beds. Second bathroom is in the hallway. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, silverware, dinnerware, pots/pans and basic cooking spices, full sized fridge with ice/water dispenser and a coffee/tea station. Bathrooms have cruelty-free, vegan shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided including a hair dryer and straightener. In the backyard you will find a full-sized barbecue grill and grill accessories. The home sits directly on Lake Conroe and the community boat ramp is a only 5 houses down. Guest access: Guests will have access to the house and property except for a closet for the owner's/house cleaner's use and the garage. There is plenty of parking (auto, boat, RV) in the driveway. Other things to note To maintain security the house has 2 exterior cameras and a ring doorbell, none inside.
