Fit perfectly for our family. Though the house is older and smaller than the pictures made it look it was still nice and fit perfectly for the 10 of us. There were delicious homemade brownie cookies on the counter when we arrived. Would love the recipe. Favorite part of the house was the backyard. We spent a lot of time on the patio. Would definitely recommend!

This home was cozy and cute. Slept 8 adults with an extra twin bed that our group did not need to use. The pull out couch needed just a little extra padding for my 6’2” husband, but otherwise we enjoyed the house. The check in process and smooth and easy. The host even left us a plate of fresh baked cookies and a bag of chips! How sweet! The owner does stay on the other side of the house, fyi, but this did not cause any issues. The restaurant recommendation of the Waterloo for dinner was perfect! It was delicious and had a great atmosphere. We enjoyed the close proximity to Folsom Field, as we attended the CU v Nebraska game. The vents needed a little dusting, otherwise the home was clean. I would definitely book here again.

This house was a great alternative to a hotel for a family wedding—a comfortable gathering place that gave us the opportunity to visit and be together. I would say, however, that we didn’t quite envision what the listing meant by saying the owner could be there in a “separate but attached” apartment. It felt awkward that the owner’s space was just off the dining room behind a set of French doors. We felt we had to be very quiet and were unsure about using the kitchen because the owner had food/drink in the refrigerator. So although the house was nicely done, the experience was a bit awkward. Perhaps the host should notify the renters whether the owner will or will not be present in their apartment.

This fit our family get together perfectly. While the yard could have been cleaned up a bit, it was such a great back yard to gather! The deck with lights and tables with umbrellas to protect us from occasional rain was so nice. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Thank you!
