الغرفة مريحة والموظفين ودودين
موقع الفندق بعيد نسبيا عن الحرم النبوي الشريف مع العلم أن الفندق يوفر مواصلات من الفندق إلى الحرم 4 مرات يوميا إلا أن غير كافي حيث أنه لا يناسب أحيانا أوقاتنا.
بعض الأمور البسيطة لم يتم توفيرها مثل حصتنا من المياه المعدنية بحجة أن الشركة الموردة للماء لم تورّد الماء في ذلك اليوم علما بأن تدارك مثل هذا الأمر كان سهلا جدا إلى أنهم لم يقوموا بذلك

تعامل الموظفين غير جيد، ماء الشرب حبتين في اليوم ولو تبغى زيادة لازم تشتريه من الفندق مع انه فنادق الاربع والخمس نجوم تقدمه مجانا حتى عند طلب اكثر من علبتين في اليوم، الماء الدافئ في دورة المياه خلص ولما كلمت الاستقبال قال والله السخانات صغيرة واحنا كم مرة نرفع للإدارة ومافي تجاوب!! اول مرة اسكن فندق يخلص فيه الماء الدافي !! الفندق ماحوله اي خدمات

دورات المياه السخان ينفذ الماء الساخن بسرعه

- لايوجد ماء دافىء في دورة المياه
واخبرتهم فتم فتح الماء الدافىء ل 5 دقائق فقط وبعدها عادت المشكلة اخبرتهم مره اخرى لكن بدون جدوى
-المفارش تحتاج الى اكثر نظافة

There is no restaurant at the hotel,only a cafe that serves drinks and snacks.

Keine Frühstücksoption, Zimmerservice erst nach häufiger Nachfrage nach 3 Tagen. Weit weg von Harem.

النظافة جدا سيئة المفارش لها ريحة حسست بشرتي لكن ت تغييره عند الطلب الضغط عليهم كبير زحمه وعدد العاملين حسب ما ذكروا قليل فالملام الاول والاخير ليس العاملين بل ادراة الفندق حرام ينزل مستوى الفندق وهو جديد

the hotel is newly opened , so far no restaurant nor coffee shop in the hotel , it is a bit hard for business travelers
