Disappointing

The owner was very good in communicating and was very helpful in giving us directions and leaving the key in the key safe.

The beds were not comfortable. The wardrobe was broken. The floor was not clean. The Mop and bucket and cleaning materials were in the bathroom. If they put a bit of paint on the walls, new curtains, new bedding. Take the TV out of the room and put a nice table in its place with a tea & coffee station and kettle. Replace the wardrobe and put some pictures on the wall, it would make a huge difference. Breakfast was included, but you had to make your own. In the fridge in the kitchen was half a loaf of bread, packet of bacon & eggs. Do not advertise that breakfast is included, people don't want to make their own. Rather do a continental breakfast - croissants, fruit and present it nicely. The tea & coffee were not in cannisters. This accommodation could be very nice if revamped. The garden was also over grown and rubbish was on the side. A quick mow and removal of rubbish would have made a difference

The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

The beds weren’t comfy, they were okay for the one night but feel they could do with new bedding and mattresses. I feel if the furniture matched etc a set colour scheme it would look so much better.

Close to everything

It was close to me the major hospital.

The house has good potential. My host was very good. They’re working on a lot of refurb, which will be good to see when I come back

Wasn't like the picture you show, bathroom was filthy shower was a disgrace couldnt even use it. Room was cramped window cracked. Would be ok for lads whi just want a bed for night, but family room definitely not

It’s a gem.👍

WiFi a bit slow, but host said they’re changing it soon. Also a major refurb is starting soon. The house has great great potential. I hope to comeback soon. It’s very close to hospital sun transport link is not too shabby too

Superb!

Al and his colleagues were a great help. It was a last minute booking but it served me well. I like that you could make your own breakfast. They had a lot to off also.

nothing is was what I was expecting at all

all of it it was dirty and smelly not where we originally booked and it was shared with other ppl when we was expecting an apartment and I didn’t feel safe there

Location to city was OK

Where the location was area the guy who meet us there was very nice and friendly however the accommodation was very disappointing just a flat to share with other guest was there with my daughter she didn't feel safe we left and didn't stay the night

The property contacted me the night before I was due to stay to say they are 'fully booked' and that I can't stay. This was after I had received emails saying that everything is confirmed, including my check-in time. I am not sure if this is the property's fault or Booking.com's fault, but either way it is very poor and disrupted my whole plans for the weekend. I am reveiwing my use of Booking.com after such an occurance. Update : Now 2nd June 2023 - I have NOT yet received any refund. I have had to contact booking.com

Pleasant

For London it was very cheap. Albert was very friendly and made us feel welcome. It served our needs as my son and I just needed somewhere to sleep before going to Wembley stadium the next day. The stadium is only 10 minutes away on the 483 bus that comes every 15 minutes. The beds were comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean. I wouldn't recommend it as a holiday stay for a family on a week's break in London but great for a night's stopover on a budget.

Slightly misleading to say that breakfast is included. This accommodation is a house made into a bedsit with, I think, 3 rooms. There is cereal,bread, milk etc that you can make yourself. The parking is merely street parking outside the house. There is a garden but you cannot access it.

The host was so nice, prepared and provided all we asked for. The stay was comfortable.

We asked for two single beds but only one double was prepared.
