During our stay we couldn't have the temperature below 74° per their rule which made sleeping every night very difficult because it was hot, We had bugs, mold, cracked ceilings, mix match paint, broken shades, the patio was really dirty with leaves, the washing machine drain was clogged so we couldn't use the washer and dryer, a drain in the master bathroom was really slow and clocked, crack foundation wedding water up through the ground and one of the bedrooms, microwave was broken, a third of the light bulbs in the house were out, many of the towels that were there that we used had Stain's on them. The location was good and the flow of the house was good. There was no propane left in the propane tanks to cook food on the grill. We are requesting a 40% refund due to all the issues and I have pictures to prove it all.

Overall very pleased with the property. Would stay there again.

Renting was very easy,no issues with access to property,beautiful neighborhood and very close to the ocean.

I can not express how the property is perfect for family and friends vacation, plenty of space, nice location, great neighborhood, relaxing atmosphere, amazing views and much more and more Definitely will book it again if it's available the owner was nice and easy to communicate with, trust me I was several times in marathon because is our best place we come down 4 times a year and we had a lot of experience renting the properties. We even meet on our check- out two of the staff that clean and take care of the property: nice and friendly people. Daniel is lovely and sweet lady god bless her. Please don't hesitate to book this property is the best.

House was a lot bigger than the photos lead you to believe which was a great surprise! Not as clean as you'd assume and had an odor of ammonia as if there had been a cat(s) in the house. There were stains on the bedding so we didn't use what was provided. And a few people seemed to get a horrible cold (stuffed up/head cold symptoms) while indoors but were alleviated of them when not in the house. We weren't sure if it was due to the possibility of cat(s) being there or if there was mold/poor air filtration in the A/C or lack of cleansiness of the house. Overall it was a great house, good location and the property managers were attentive, readily available, kind and very helpful.

Overall very good experience! The property is an older one that could use some TLC but there is no substitute for location. It is also a large property, with plenty of room, however I would not call it kid friendly, As there are glass and mirrors everywhere.

Home is on a really nice, deep canal with schools of parrotfish swimming back and forth. The house itself has a lot more room than you would expect from the street. We were just a party of four but the house could easily sleep 9. My family loved the back yard with the tiki hut. The kitchen is really nice and the baths are more than sufficient. The house is not fancy but it’s laid back/casual, comfortable, clean, reasonably priced and my family would definitely stay there again.

The house was a great for our family. It is in the middle of Marathon. The kitchen has anything possible you could need to cook great meals. The back yard is super fun. There is a grill, freezer, hot tub, table and chairs, hammock and large tv. We enjoyed sitting outside just relaxing. The communication is excellent. They are very responsive. We had a problem with the window a/c and Jane sent Chris immediately to check it out. He returned to even switch it out after calling to check that it was working. We also had an issue with our boarding facility being booked and I emailed Jane. She got back to me quickly and for a small fee, we brought our pets with us. The house was very clean, with the exception of the walls, ceilings and baseboards needing a deep cleaning and paint. The beds were comfortable and our teens loved the movie channels in the living room. We would definitely stay here again.
