The elevator will quickly transport you and your supplies from the ground level up to all the living levels with ease. This is a great feature that you will certainly come to appreciate when bringing in groceries or luggage on a rainy day. This home features a reverse floor plan where the main living area (Living Room, Dining and Kitchen) is located on the top level of the home for providing maximum views. The living room is very spacious and is surrounded with a wall of glass that allows you to enjoy the wonderful ocean views from all directions. This room is equipped with comfortable sofas, arm chairs, coffee table and end tables, large flatscreen TV and a Sonos music system that will pipe music of your choice throughout the house and to all oceanfront decks and porches. The secondary dining area is situated directly across the kitchen on the Intracoastal side of the house and it has great views of the marshes and Intracoastal Waterway. This table will seat 6 guests.
