Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house overdelivered on what we were expecting. More than enough linens were provided and wasn't expecting to have so many games. Our family and friends had plenty of space and we never felt that we were on top of each other even though there were 10 of us. Great stay for our large group and will be back.

Perfect size home and location for visiting family! Spacious and clean - plenty of room to hang out and catch up. Home seems brand new. It’s definitely maintained well and very clean. Will stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy house with everything you need for a vacation. The house had pots, pans, washer, dryer, outdoor shower for sand removal, nice breakaway shower head with high water pressure inside, sand chairs, umbrellas, and toys to take to the beach. The beach is an 8 minute walk but it doesn’t seem even that far. It’s a straight shot down the street. We did have a small issue with a smell likely caused by the last guest. They tried to fix it promptly.
