Located only 15 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, this newly renovated home offers a brand new heated salt water pool and spa, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the gorgeous mountain views. The spacious living areas are perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. Whether you're looking for a cozy getaway or a fun-filled family adventure, our desert oasis is the perfect destination. Book now to experience the ultimate desert getaway! BACKYARD ✧ Large backyard with San Jacinto mountain views ✧ Heated Salt Water pool with color changing LED lights ✧ Spa with eight jets and color changing LED lights ✧ Sun lounge chairs ✧ Lounge sitting area with fire-pit ✧ Large covered patio for outdoor dining ✧ Outdoor games & pool floats ✧ Outdoor gas grill Spa heating is included in the cost of the booking. The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so it is available for an additional fee. It takes around 6-8 hours to heat the pool, so please requested at least 24hr prior to have the pool heated for your arrival. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool and spa. KITCHEN ✧ Fully equipped kitchen ✧ Brand new appliances - oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster and more ✧ Filtered water from fridge ✧ Tea and coffee station ✧ Cooking and baking essentials - pans, pots, utensils, spices in case you feel like cooking ✧ Dinnerware, silverware, wine and drinking glasses LIVING/FAMILY/DINING AREAS ✧ Airy open living, dining and family rooms ✧ High speed internet ✧ Board games for the whole family ✧ Extra large dining table ✧ Smart TVs with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max GAME ROOM ✧ Pool table ✧ Color changing LED light decorated area for relaxation BEDROOMS Room1 - 1 King bed + sofa bed + crib Room2 - 1 King bed Room3 - 1 Queen bed Room4 - 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed ✧ Each bedroom has a smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max ✧ Easy access to clean and spacious bathrooms PARKING ✧ 3 car garage ✧ 3 car driveway parking ✧ 1 car additional street parking Per Riverside County regulations, no outdoor music is allowed after 7PM. No speakers, music amplifiers, live music, DJ or karaoke are allowed outside or inside of the house AT ALL TIMES. Home equipped with noise and occupancy sensors which send notifications to hosts in case of unacceptable noise level. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Early check-ins and late check-outs have an extra fee of $50/hour and are subject to availability and approval. Small pets are allowed. We charge $150/pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool and spa. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet(s) in advance. No smoking inside the house - violations will be subject to a $1000 fine. There are surveillance cameras installed outside of the property for security purposes.
