Location and the structure of the property

The apartment is quiet, with some view, and it would be pleasant for a longer stay as you have a little kitchen at your disposal. The pictures posted are nicely taken.

On the whole it was ok but I was a little disappointed. The apartment is in the centre of town which is not accessible by car. I would make it clear in the description. It is in a little street on top of stairs. The furniture is a bit sad. The window of the bedroom only has the curtain to block the light but no "proper" curtains. The bed in the bedroom is a sofa bed, slightly less comfortable than a real bed and it is stained on the side which is not very appealing. I think it would be easy to improve things. I'd leave some coffee and sugar, and two little bags of tea for the guests to feel welcome, put some real curtains at the window on top of the obscurant ones and try to remove the stains on the sofa bed. The fact that the weather was terrible probably didn't help for our first impression of the apartment.
