The hotel was in a very good location and very close to the sea. Our room was very clean and renovated. The pool area was nice and the hotel amenities were excellent. The food was delicious and always with many options! I will definitely prefer it again.

The only saving grace was the pizza oven and the man who made the pizzas. h However people were pushing and and being really greedy, taking so much pizza for s themselves (pigs). There was nothing else to like.

Paid to get upgraded room. Did not get it. The food was beyond disgusting. Same food every day. REALLY POOR!!! Then there were the hospital type trolleys being wheeled around the restaurant collecting dirty plates etc. They srape the food off the plate in front of the table!!! how vile!! The drinks in the hotel were undrinkable unless you drink rocket fuel!! only beer water and coffee were drinkable. The maid service to the room was the sheets were only changed once a week!!! shocking!! and towels every two days, but ours was four. They did not clean the room, just put towels on bed. the toilet was broken. complained, they said it was fixed but it was not. so had to take the lid off and do it manually! VERY NICE. I went to the laundry cupboard and got clean sheets and towels for myself!!The pool closed at 6!! when everyone was still in it!! There was a 1930 style bus that took you to the beach. at 10 12 2 and 5. last one back was 5. It was a long walk to the beach as well.

Location was good, In walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach.

The hotel is very run down and probably hasn't been updated for many years. There were toilet cleaning brushes left in corridor, also a broken door and doorframe and a bin in the bush.

The food was ok and plentiful. The restaurant staff did their best to make the guests feel comfortable The location was not bad. The view from the balcony was also something I enjoyed looking at.

The food was not bad and there was always plenty. The restaurant staff was helpful and did what they could under the current circumstances. The poolside bar service was not to expectations. Drinks looked and were of the cheapest quality and the hotel could do better by looking at their poolside snacks menu. Too often running out snacks. The staff could do a little more to interact with the clients. The shuttle bus service to the beach was sadly poor, with a bus that has seen better days always breaking down. Luckily the walk to the beach was not long and in fact more enjoyable than the shuttle ride. No Wifi reception anywhere at the hotel except within the swimming pool area. Those lucky enough to have a room in that vicinity would be happier than the rest of us. Hot water in the bathroom was at a premium. Only time there was some reasonable amount of hot water to shower was in the morning and late afternoon. After that water too cold to shower. Cleaning of the rooms was not done frequently enough; in fact that was mainly restricted to replacing the towels....sometimes.

Staff was friendly at check-in, but afterwards not anymore.

Terrible hotel. Room was poor, shower door was missing, AC broken, everything you touched broke in your hands, the worst hotel I've ever seen. I booked two nights and wanted to check out after one, but no refund despite the terrible facilities. Not at all what I expected. Food was also terrible. Poolbar served extremely watered down cocktails. Beds were extremely uncomfortable

WiFi never works in room or public places other than pool. Shower had zero pressure when I was there for the week. Food is very basic, same buffet everyday. Beer and drinks were watered down or just very cheap. Staff weren’t the most helpful, after escalating about WiFi and shower nothing was fixed. Tried to store luggage in locker, paid for the locker. Turned out it was faulty (no notice) and I wasn’t offered the money back.

No issues, just be aware it’s about a 25 min walk to the beach, but there is a shuttle bus

It is easy to reach all the main attractions from the hotel if you have a hire car.

Where to start, poor cleanliness. Even "clean" new towels had stains on them. In some of the rooms furniture broken. My family and I occupied 2 rooms. Restaurant too warm, food was only ok. But the worst thing were some of the staff, it was almost as if the guests were an inconvenience to them. During my whole two weeks there I only encountered 3 staff that were friendly. The rest were very rude. This is one of the only places during my whole stay in Greece I encountered this, usually everyone has been super nice.

The hotel was nice to surprise us. Low price but good quality.No crowds by the pool, sun loungers rather enough. Food unrecisive, but lots and many fresh vegetables, fruit, cakes, baclawa. Rooms clean, refreshed, with daily exchanged towels. We were with a small dog, which was welcome accepted. Huge plus behind the vending machine with coffe and chocolate by the pool, open the 24-hour. Very polite cleaning ladies.

Electricity shutdown a few times during the stay, but that's because of the fires on the island.

The hotel is nice and its staff is very friendly. They have a bus that brings you to the beaches around the hotel, but we rentend a scooter at our arrival in the island, so we did not use it. But having a scooter, I can tell that the position is great if you Want to go up and down the East Coast to see all the beaches. If you choose the all inclusive formula you can avail of all the meals+ snack and drinks in the pool until the evening: everything was good and the evening at the pool was very relaxing. The structure is clean. Close to the hotel you have everything: pubs, restaurants, shops,supermarket and places where you can rent car/scooter/quod.

The workers for the cleaning and the dining room were excellent 👍

Loutanis hotel is a perfect choice, in a great location close to the best (in my opinion) beaches in Rhodes, perfect services with loving care, doing everything possible to make you enjoy your holiday the best you can! Pleasant personal, comfortable rooms and panoramatic view, beautiful surroundings, really, really satisfying. I would recomment this hotel for everybody, if you just wanna rest at the bar by the pool, or want to travel around the island, perfect choice!

The staff are friendly and rather helpful but they can only do so much. The coffee in the pool bar is actually quite good, just remember that you can get it only starting at around 11. The pool is good but there's a lot of children so don't expect anything quiet. The far away beach is wonderful!

Not as described in the listing. The all inclusive is not all inclusive. The hotel is located very far from the beach, about (20-25 min) walk through wasteland and town. No soundproofing, very noisy rooms. Food is very low quality, more like a very simple diner - you get much better food from nearby restaurants. Shower was broken when we got there and it took 6 (!) days for the hotel to fix it. Bathroom drainage got stuck, took 2 days to fix. The toilet leaked twice. The TV works very badly and the wifi is very intermittent. Hotel has been run down and simply is not worth the money - ditch the all inclusive and get a proper hotel for probably similar or smaller price. Tried to cancel second week of a two week stay on the second day there to move to another hotel but the hotel denied refund referring that Booking.com does not allow it but actually Booking.com was not in any way stopping it, the hotel just didn't want to do it. Never managed to talk to the manager directly. Booking.com's staff have been very helpful with finding a solution to our bad experience with this hotel.
