These apartments have been totally renovated into clean and comfortable units. Large open-concept living/kitchen/dining area flows nicely to the stamped-concrete rear patio and large, spacious yard. There are dedicated firepits and chairs to enjoy the starry nights on the elevated back lawn. Both bedrooms have cozy mattresses and dedicated thermostats to make the nights relaxing and refreshing. The bathroom is situated between both bedrooms and includes a custom tiled shower. The comfortable living room furniture offers plenty of seating and cozy spots to catch some evening entertainment. There are dining tables inside and out, to enjoy home cooking on the stove, in the oven or on the back patio grill provided. The unit is ON the Seneca Lake Wine trail, which skirts the east side of Seneca Lake, and is close to many local wineries, breweries and favorite local dining spots if you'd prefer to not to cook. Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen are minutes away, as is the Finger Lakes National Forest and Watkins Glen State Park. Watkins Glen International is a 15 minute drive, while Corning and Ithaca are roughly 30 minutes away. Enjoy both sunrises over Satterly Hill and sunsets over Seneca Lake once you find yourself in the middle of the beautiful Finger Lakes. This apartment was absolutely beautiful! It was incredibly clean. If I had to pick an opportunity for improvement, it would be that we weren't sure which apartment was ours so we just had to guess. Other than that, we loved the place and we will be back!

Place is exactly as described, nice decor, nice amenities, clean, comfortable ,owner very responsive to question. Great location for winery/brewery trail east side of Seneca. We will definitely book again and take time to enjoy the outdoor games & fire pit.

Drew did a great job w the property and management when a problem came forward he was quick to make a change for us so that our stay was comfortable! The apartment was clean and comfortable and made for a great stay for us! We will be using his place again in the future!

We had a great stay on Seneca lake. We came up to visit family for the holiday and this was a wonderful spot to stay. It was very clean and nicely updated. The beds were very comfortable and the space had a lot of room. Our only oops was no coffee filters for the coffee pot so make sure you bring some. Overall, it was perfect and we can't wait to come back!

Enjoyed our stay so much!! Very clean and very cozy! We will definetly be back, this trip was too short. We've been coming to Seneca Lakes once a year for 12 years. This was one of the best places we've stayed so far!!! Thank you Drew!

Place has a road side motel vibe, but once yiu open the door your enter a different world. Very nice place to stay fir for a weekend or longer. Just needs two things, better lighting out side and sime type of window shade on the front door.

Nicely renovated rental in a great location. Just minutes away from several wineries,10 minutes from Watkins Glen, and roughly 30 minutes to the Corning Glass museum. Drew got back to me quickly, (5 minutes) when I had issues with the check-in email. Loved the welcome bottle of wine and free tasting coupons. We did not have a fire, but was glad it was an option, with the firepit and wood out back. Same with the outdoor grill amd patio. If we are ever back in the area, I will book this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The rental is within reasonable distance to all major wineries and breweries on the eastern side of seneca. Close location to Watkins Glen state park and grocery stores.

Wonderful time at Seneca lake. We hiked Watkins Glen state park with Scott our Stare park ranger as our tour guide. Enjoy delicious food and wine. Did some kayaking on the lake and took in some beautiful scenic view. Returnef to a peaceful vrbo unit with fire pit and sunsets.

The interior, and exterior of the property were spotless. We had more room than expected inside, and everything was brand new. Couldn't be more happy with this weekend getaway !

Great place to stay and enjoy the lakes! Nicely decorated, ample supplies, new appliances, great firepit to view the stars, and nice size bedrooms! It was great for two couples to share. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was great for mimosas. I haf a question and was answered promptly by the owner. It is close enough to town if you forget anything. Don't hesitate to book.

Perfect for our time in Watkins Glen! New, close to town, wineries and restaurants. Nice touch with the bottle of wine and free tasting at JR Dill Winery. We enjoyed having a grill and fire pit to make s’mores and the large yard to play games. We highly recommend!!

My friend and i decided to take our annual girls trip this year to the finger lakes. After scouring many listings we came across this lovly apartment. It is the perfect balance of price point, location and set up. We had great access to all the local activities. Its just minutes from the wine trail, watkins glen, a great park, restaurants and grocery store. The appartment is clean and has all the basics in the kitchen. Only issue we noticed was the thin walls. It didn't bother us much as there werent other renters for most of our stay but it was noticeable when there were.

This was a perfect home base for our finger lakes vacation. extremely close to Watkins Glen and several wineries, and a convenient distance to both Ithaca and Corning. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. If you plan on cooking, bringing a knife or two might be helpful.

We loved our stay! The unit was exceptionally clean and organized, and had everything we needed for the weekend! Close proximity to Watkins Glen International, while still providing the beautiful Finger Lakes area vibes. The taphouse right around the corner was great too. We’re already starting to plan for our trip next year, and the 414 Rentals property will remain at the top of our list for our weekend stay. Thank you!

This Airbnb exceeding all of my expectations. Everything was so clean and smelled so new. The property owner Drew was a delight to work with - so friendly and very responsive if you needed anything. The location is also very convenient as it’s located on the Seneca Wine Trail and only 10ish minutes from downtown! Highly recommend these rentals to anyone looking in the area. Hope to be back soon!!! Thanks again Drew for making the stay so awesome and for being so supportive and helpful during and even after my stay!

Loved everything about this stay!! Inside was super clean and had everything you need, including a complimentary bottle of wine from neighboring vineyard!! Beds and pillows may have been most comfortable of any place I’ve ever stayed. Outside amenities were also great, each unit has their own private patios, bbq’s and fire pit (with provided wood, kindling and lighters!!) with Adirondack chairs! If I ever make it back up to Senaca lake, this will be our first choice!!

We stayed in Unit 2 of a four unit space. I will say that it helped that this space was virtually brand new. What impressed me so much more, was all of the sweet little extra amenities that go a long way towards making this an enjoyable place to stay. It was as if the host stayed in the unit for a week, and made a list of every little nuance that he thought would make the stay better - and then went and bought them all to put in the unit. From the lamps that had charging stations built in, a wine opener to enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine provided, a long lighter to light a fire in the pit, and a more than ample supply of wood to make said fire! Beds, sofa were completely comfortable. Towels and linens were available with spares. The area is just a road map to so many local wineries and breweries, also super close to Watkins Glen, but far enough that you feel really away from it all. I can't recommend this place enough!
