We were a little disappointed. Upon arrival at the room, there was dark hair in the bathroom sink, which we found astonishing. The room was new and clean, but very small. There was a humming sound all night, not sure what that came from but it woke us several times. Pillows were very hard. Breakfast not great at all, but there is at least a Starbucks right across the parking lot. It is very convenient to 1-10 and Verrado so that's the biggest plus. Expected better from a new hotel.

Great property. I loved the location. Our fuse box went out several times. The property is decorated with beautiful art. The staff is amazing.

Very nice hotel. Extremely spacious room, great bathroom. Online check in makes arrival quick and easy. Culver's, Quik Market, Taco Bell, Starbucks across from parking lot.

This property is brand new. The faculty, decor and rooms are very nice. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Their outdoor pool and patio area were very enjoyable and close to the indoor bar area. Easy walking distance to quick mart and gas station . just a walk across the parking lot to s few fast food and restaurants .

Towneplace at Verrado was new in early 2023 and is beautiful. The room we stayed in looked like it had never had an occupant, judging by how clean it was. We love the Verrado area and this hotel with its kitchenettes, cleanliness, and nice pool area is a great addition.

The very best hotel experience ever. All phases of our stay exceeded our expectations. We will only be staying here when in the area. Nathan, the evening manager was awesome and made us feel welcome the minute we arrived.

We had a staycation for or anniversary. The staff were wonderful! The property is gorgeous. I wish breakfast went a bit longer, but aside from that. We loved it and will definitely be back!

I picked this place because it was rated a10 and I really needed to do laundry, the washer was really loud and had very little water , still had to dry them and the dryer barely got hot so my clothes were damp. And it was $3 per machine. I told the hotel attendant and she really didn’t do much , she didn’t tell the other guest the machine didn’t work so they were trying to wash and I told them it was broken. Shower doesn’t get hot at all , maybe Luke warm . For this being new and an expensive hotel they should have better accommodations.
