Pipe in bathroom leaked so floor was alway wet yet hardly any water came out of shower. Was not very clean. Towels had stains. Dust in room. Glass at breakfast had multiple lipstick stains. Chair covers looked like they had been in use for years and never washed.

Perfect place to stay near the beach. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff, especially Nhu and Lan, which are supported us for everything - food, places to visit, transport.

The location is perfect and right in front of the beach. Also the staffs are friendly. . Likewise the breakfast was good value for money.
The toilet need to be updated and needs more tidying up in the room especially under the bed.

Breakfast is good. The view of the hotel is truly great (I stayed at seaview room).
Receptionist is good too.
Somehow I feel the air con does not run as good as I expected

Nice, friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent location - just opposite the beach across the street. They provide shampoo and lotion in large dispensers (rather than in small sachets), which is much more convenient and better for guests - I really appreciated this.
We stayed in Rooms 605 and 606, and we found that Rm 605 was more difficult to open than Rm 606. The shower tap in Rm 605 was not in good conditions. And they charged drivers quite some money for driver accommodation.

Nice place because the hotel locates in front of the back beach!
They do not support those clients from booking. Seem like they refer those clients who willing to pay directly to them! The air conditioner was not really good. We ask them to change the room so many times!

Beautiful reception area.
Air con smelled mouldy. The room smells of the drain. The shower drain was blocked. The bedspread had a dirty shoeprint on.
