Buena ubicación

El colchón era cómodo, la ubicación muy buena y el bar de la azotea

La habitación y el baño exterior son muy antiguos. Le hace falta una reforma.

Short and nice stay. Perfect layover before Cusco.

It’s architecture and service.

To go up the stairs with a big suitcase. There should be elevators.

Konumu mukemmel. Ana meydan 200 metre. Sokağinda La lucha, Mc donalds ve pek cok peru yemek yeri var. Otelin yuksek tavanlari var. Calisanlar ilgili. Tekrar gitsem eksiklerine karşın tercih ederim. Çok merkezi olmasina ve haftasonu kalmamıza karşin çok az ses duyduk ve rahat uyuduk.

Odanın cok dar oluşu. Elektrik prizlerinin çalışması sorunluydu. Elbiseleri asacak oda içi askıları fazla olabilirdi.

Disappointing

The location was good.

One hair dryer for the hotel, so you have to ask and wait loooong time so your hair are dried already. Hot water is limited for the entire hotel, so first day no hot water..... later during the day the hot water system broke but it was solved quickly and finally could get a hot shower. Forget about the Breakfast, you feel like you are bothering the staff, we had to beg for eggs, and ee finally got one fried egg for two..... and that after 30min because she was on her phone hiding in the kitchen..... Same for coffee, one tiny cup for 2 so we had to ask for one each which seemed to be the end of the world...... Except the Breakfast, all the other staffs are very sweet and kind

the bathroom was smelly, had a leak and the water was yellow for the first few seconds. the breakfast could be better.

Pleasant stay in very central location in the middle of a shopping street . A lovely old building

Lovely simple room,nice wooden shutters, plenty of lovely hot water.breakfast on the roof terrace was nice, Friendly staff. Great central location

Bathroom not very clean and water escaping at the bottom of the sink so the floor was always wet. The windows did not open. The troubadours in the street below were noisy, but I quite liked their music

Location, very close to Plaza de armas, like 2 mins walking. Amazing view while having breakfast. Breakfast is simple but it was ok. Stuff is gentle.

Really despite of great location it’s very very noisy at night! It was impossible to sleep, because music from the street was too loud. But of course, you should expect it, living in such a central location. I booked a private room with bathroom, however the bathroom was not linked to the room and it was uncomfortable to go out anytime. Bed and pillow were very hard. But if you are there for a night, maybe it’s ok.

Can only recommend it!

Nice rooftop bar with a great view of the cathedral and very central location. Room was nice and clean😊 On the last day, we even got a lunchbox, since we had to leave at 5 am and couldn’t make it to breakfast.

Superb

Maison Verte is in the heart of Arequipa, just around the corner from the Plaza de las Armas. The interior is spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. I especially enjoyed the breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the city and the volcanoes.

The room rate was inexpensive!

Close to Plaza de Armas.

The hotel address was not clearly marked on outside of hotel. To reach front desk one has to climb many steps. If there is an earthquake, which is possible since Arequipa is prone to earthquakes, it is absolutely dangerous to get out of the hotel safely. The room was quite small!

Everything was good, simple breakfast but very good to start the day, beautiful views, the staff in the breakfast and the girl of the front desk were very kind and always ready to help. The location is excellent, very close to the main square. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Decent rooms at great location for a good price.

Decent rooms for the price. Friendly, patient staff who tried to help when possible.

Rooms weren't very clean, though acceptable.

Pleasant

Room was clean and cosy. There was A hot water in the shower.

First of all receptionist could not speak in English. So when we came he said there is No room for us becasue of system problem. No other recommendation and what to do. We had to go to translator and start conversation how to solve this problem. Fortunetely one of us was a good spanish speaker and it turned out that the room is Still occupied by previous guests and we had to wait for the room. So if it wasnt our friend, we would have to search for new hotel. there was also no option to Pay by card at it was specified in booking information.
