SAFETY TIPS TO USE THE POOL We also wanted to share with you some safety tips you should remember when your kids are around the pool so that everyone can enjoy themselves without any accidents: 1. Never go near the pool without adult supervision. 2. Check the water's depth before diving or jumping in. 3. Have your kids use life jackets or floatation devices if they are not a confident swimmer. 4. Don't play with objects that could be dangerous in the water, such as glass or long sticks. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home, except for few closets and cabinets that we have locked. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.
