It also features an oversized 30'x40' pavilion with gas fireplace, outdoor tv, gas grill, large entertaining sofa and bar tables. The covered patio includes multiple seating, retractable screens and amazing views of Lake Conroe. This Lakeside Estate has the most gorgeous PANORAMIC sunset and sunrise views on the lake without exception!
