Head out for scenic drives up and down Route 1, with Ogunquit (seven miles), Kittery (nine miles), Wells (12 miles), and Kennebunkport (18 miles) close by. Take your pick of the upper and lower decks for your first cup of coffee each morning, and return to these lovely outdoor spaces with coffee and dessert at sunset. The interior is every bit as inviting, thanks to an open floor plan, high ceilings, and generous windows that let in the coastal sunlight. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
