Easy to collect keys. Lots of communication. Property very clean.

Few maintenance issues - piece of wood needs glueing down in bedroom on second floor. Lock on toilet door Cannot use microwave, toaster and kettle as no room on bench. Needs a few more items to make useful when staying : clothes airer, bread knife, can opener. We had no teatowels the 2nd time we stayed. Not enough cutlery/ crockery for family of 5 so had to borrow from family. Steps are very very steep and could do with a rail.

I think there needs to be a another side chair. Because it.s accommodation for five people.

The location was very good. 20 -30 minute walk if you have children to Adventureland. Clean fresh towels and bedding.

I had emailed and text the hosts prior to our arrival to ask about the free parking at the house, as described in the information on the listing. No one replied to me which meant my sister in law and I had to pay £13.80 each for 10 hours to park our cars in the public car park which was frustrating as one of the reasons I booked to stay here was the free parking. The host called me at 6pm that evening to ask if we got in ok! We couldn't access the house until 3pm and had to leave by 10am, this was due to cleaning, this was plenty of time to clean the place so we were puzzled as to why it was dirty! We found it difficult to unlock the main front door, once through the door you are then confronted with another 2 doors, one for each different apartment, they have no number on the internal doors so we were trying to get into the apartment which wasn't ours. We were given no information from the hosts about any of this other than the code for the key lock box and wifi details. One of the fans in the bedroom had a broken plug so was unable to use it, it just happened to be a really hot evening!

Wow! What a beautiful apartment, it was airy, spacious and it was gorgeously decorated. The pictures do not do it justice! It also had a Baby Crib in the master bedroom and 2 toilets which I personally liked as I have children. Great parking outside and a 5 minute walk to the beach in fact it has an awesome sea view from the balcony. The beds were really well made up and clean, each room had extra large knitted quilt and the kitchen had everything you would possibly need, loved the ice cubes in the freezer it was a nice touch especially in summer. The owners are absolutely wonderful! Great communication, kept you up to date and when we met in person so genuine and lovely. This was way better than a Hotel stay in all honesty I would happily return with my family again next year! Highly recommend it’s not only safe and pristine it’s a whole dam vibe!
