La ubicación es genial, a pesar de estar en el pueblo te hace pensar que estar en el monte. Ivan y su pareja son geniales, simpáticos y te ayudan en todo para que te sientas como en casa. Si vuelvo a Vilcabamba sin duda volveré aquí.

I was outside the property on the date I made reservation, and they never answered the phone or the door. I even sent them an email and still no answer. I had to spend the night in the car because all other hotels were booked in Vilcabamba. So definitely a very bad experience with this hotel.
