Very nice place , just the unit needed some more fans or aircon

actually thought this was an aircon'd unit, would have been nice. Also would be nice to have fans in the lounge/kitchen area as it was very hot & humid. Was also told that cleaning was from Mon-Sat, however no one came through on the Saturdays

More for a couple and not kids

The room was exceptionally clean and the host was great. The pool was also lovely

The entrance and exit is quiet irritating. You need to get a code to scan everytime you enter and leave. Apartment is on the 04th floor with no lift. No view in the apartment

This apartment is everything it describes and more.

Our host was exceptional, always available and super organized. The location is perfect and close to Ballito Junction for all your shopping requirements. The beach is also nearby (unfortunately no ocean views). The apartment is luxuriously decorated, spacious, has everything you need for self-catering purposes, and a lovely balcony area with braai facility. The wifi worked during load-shedding too :-) The estate is gorgeous, sadly didn't have enough time to explore the facilities on offer. Will definitely be returning.

The property was clean and everything was available. Excellent service from Prasantha who was always willing to assist us with any issues we faced. Would absolutely recommend this place.

A number of things in the apartment is far from luxury, including the customer service.

It looked good in the photos and appealing but the quality of the items in the apartment is questionable.

- used towels laying in the bathroom from the previous stay - the bathtub wasn't properly cleaned ( pubic hair was in there) - broken knife - chipped utensils and bowl - unclean oven and tray - rusted toaster (on the inside) - light covers not cleaned (filled with bugs even the one directly above the dinning room table), - parts of the walls in apartment uncleaned - dirty/stained curtains in the apartment, mould on some of the cushions in the lounge - torn comforter & blanket on one of the beds ( this was turned over so it couldnt be seen), stained/uncleaned linen - no carpets on room floor when leaving the bathroom its rather cold on a cold day - no hair dryer , no air fresheners in both bathrooms ( just empty cans) - all moveable drawers are not sturdy - just a tiny emergency light for load shedding ( so no genrators) - no a/c or proper vents in the bathrooms - lack of proper instructions on how to use the app to gain access to the property both on the day of stay & when checking out. It was very inconvenient to get in and out of the property, on the day of checking out the access code given had expired. We were inconvienced because the lady Prisantha was not answering her phone and it goes to voice mail. The guard didn't want to let us out as this was her instruction not let any guests out without her giving the go ahead & this was inconvienent, although we said we need to leave for work and we tried to contact the lady. The guard and us tried calling her. When the lady finally answers she sends a whatsapp she gives the same unuseful response about using the app that gives an error & has nothing loaded on it (which she was made aware of). Very unprofessional attitude & doesnt even apologise when checking out. Poor quality of customer service & not the "luxury" stay as described in the name or photos. Booked a family stay for my dads birthday and had a distasteful experience.

Really loved the apartment

The apartment was really nice,with good comfy beds and strong wifi.Our stay was quiet and comfortable and the apartment was clean.We had clear communication with the host,and were even allowed to check in early.The bonus was the views since the apartment is on the top floor.Would recommend

Location to beach is only to motor vehicle .Information on site does not tell u everything Confusing security system.No fail safe system .We were stopped at guard Entrance to enter with confusing information abt codes.Had to sit outside gates for 20min or more .Shower run hot and cold when other bathroom is being used.No lifts .50 steps to the top 3rd.Level landings not safe.Not good for a family elders or kids who cannot walk up.Owners does not inform u of everything. Upload on the site merely for show.Direction to your units is very confusing from the main gate ,no clear direction.Confusing ..confusing ..Parking is small .4x4 or big vehicle problem!Got to pay extra R150 more to another vehicle pass. Does not provide adequate information abt disable facilities.at all. ♿ no signage.Not a great place for a family holiday.
