Exquisito, una decoración y una ambientación espectacular. Cómodo y muy acogedor, el trato súper cercano y personalizado.

Hubo un inconveniente pero pusieron todo de su parte y lo solucionaron. Creo que no les necesario plasmarlo aquí cuando es algo que se resolvió en privado como se deben hacer las cosas.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great location and the very big sized rooms. Great location if you want to be closer to the water and the beach. Close to Foz and the beach - Matosinhos is about a 20 minute walk up the road. City attractions about a 30 minute walk the other way, past a few bridges. Nice walk both sides. Tram and bus stops right outside the hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. Bathrooms are a good size. Cleanliness is exceptional. The service is absolutely brilliant - Maya, Beatrice, Sue - they were all so kind and so helpful. They add you to a Whatsapp group and you can put your requests or queries on the group. Restaurant has good quality food. Closed on Mon and Tues though. Also breakfast needs to be requested in advance - great breakfast with lots of options. You also get a welcome drink, biscuits, a Lavazza coffee machine, toiletries. They also let me borrow a charger for the trip (I forgot my adaptor). Big flat screen tv in the room - channels play good English movies. Could not ask for a more comfortable stay. They really look after you and make you feel at home. Thank you so much!

There's a £200-215 deposit at check in - which they return when you check out - takes 7-14 days to get credited back to your account. The deposit fee is too high. Anywhere around £50-100 would be fine.

Supermooi hotel. Fijne locatie. Personeel heel vriendelijk! Echt een aanrader. Trammetje stopt voor de deur en de bushalte is op 2 minuten lopen. Recht tegenover de monding van de rivier. En nog een leuk klein parkje met een prachtig toiletgebouw tegenover. Strand op loopafstand en met de bus ben je zo middenin het oude centrum. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad.

Breakfast was to order, same everyday but good quality, sufficient. All team members were friendly, helpful and engaging. Good location, lots of restaurants in the area and at a Tram stop. The heated drying bar in bathroom was very useful and worked well. The decor was artsy and interesting

No parking, no outlet for the coffee machine in the room on the credenza, had to improvise, blackout drapes while appreciated did not fully close, air condition often stopped working at night

Great location tram or bus to centre of town is right outside. Lovely seaside walks and beaches the other way. Good restaurants a short walk away. Very good breakfast

Room is average and too small for this price. There was no hot water on our final day. Some staff very helpful but on some days they didn't seem to know anything. Surely, you would expect someone to know has to pay a letter?
