Other Things to Note: There is parking available in the apartment parking lot located directly in front of the unit on a first come first serve system with the first 2 parking in front of the brown fence for guests to use. Please DO NOT park in any of the 3 parking spaces on the right of the two spaces described above. The 3 parking spaces starting on the right when facing the brown fence are NOT for guest parking are clearly marked with parking signs stating vehicles not authorized will be towed. For longer stays (2+nights) You can also purchase a daily parking pass for $3 (paid directly through ParkColumbus app) that allows you to park in the “SNB” permit zone which is directly outside of the Airbnb. Metered parking available on N High St. or 3hr free parking is also located on the corner from 9am-4pm, 6pm-10pm. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
