Beneath the deck is a large cement pad where the private hot tub is located with some additional outdoor lounge chairs. The inside of the house has been updated with beautiful modern touches and decor. 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and sleeping for UpTo 40 guests. This is an amazing place to create lasting memories with your family and loved ones set in a beautiful private neighborhood with spectacular views of the mountains, lake and surrounding areas. Guest access Entire house access except areas labeled "private" which includes a storage room located underneath the garage and our cleaners maintenance closet. A key fob will be left for guests to grant access to all the Reserve amenities and Private Beach access. We will send the digital access code to the house the day of your check in.
