Enjoy the fresh mountain air out on your private, furnished balcony - the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening glasses of wine. Indoors, stock up your minifridge and then prepare quick snacks or reheat yesterday's leftovers in your well-equipped kitchenette complete with a two-burner cooktop, coffee maker, and microwave. Settle into the comfortable sofa bed in the living area, switch on the gas fireplace, and stream all your favorite channels. This space also includes a desk and chair for your laptops in case you need to address any remote work or schooling while you're away from home. A booking fee of $50/per reservation will be paid at the front desk. This fee will increase to $75 beginning January 15, 2024. There is also a required resort fee of $60 per night, which includes high-speed WiFi, local calls, shuttle service, and access to the Riverfront Club. Valet or self-park is $45 per night. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Shared laundry facilities on-site. This unit does not have air-conditioning. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Ski shuttle details: Enjoy direct and easy access to Beaver Creek Mountain via our Riverfront Express Gondola, located just 20 steps from the Ski Valet. The Westin also offer a shuttle to BC mountain top. Another option is to walk to the Avon Bus Station and there is a Free Avon Skier Shuttle to the top of Beaver Creek Mountain. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Great location and cleanliness. Love the hotel, as it wasn’t our first time there. My only “complaint” was having no storage space for our clothing. There is a closet with a few hangers but no drawers because they are all full of linens, which we didn’t need. There were two cubes for storage that doubled as ottomans but they were small so we had to sort through our suitcases on the floor to find our clothes. Then you add in ski gear everywhere… it was very crowded. We did utilize the kitchen, which was very well stocked! We cooked breakfast each morning. Overall- would stay there again!
