(Please note that this pool can be heated in the Fall and Spring for an additional fee.) *Pool heat is optional and the charge is a non-refundable $650 per week.  Pool heat must be ordered at least 3 days in advance of check-in. Pool cannot be heated if exterior temperatures are forecasted to be below 55 degrees fahrenheit or if they were 55 degrees or less 3 days before check-in.  This opulent home comfortably provides for 30 occupants to enjoy the beach and quality family time any time of day. There are 12 carefully furnished bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, television and access to a deck/porch to take it all in. The kitchen has almost two of everything to make life easy for you while on vacation. 2 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, double oven, gas cooktop with pot filler and everything else you can imagine are here to help the cooks impress with fresh local seafood and other delights. Three dining tables and additional bar seating allow your entire group to be together to reminisce and dine at every meal. There is also an elevator that goes from the ground floor to the top floor to make life easier.
