Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it! -In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area ATTENTION This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking. We stayed for my son's graduation from the Marines. The location was great, with steps to the beach and bay. The house was exactly as described complete with beach toys, bikes, and paddle boards. We enjoyed the rooftop deck for cocktails at sunset and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a few extra amenities like shampoo, soap, and extra linens. I would highly recommend the property. The management was a text away if you needed anything.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. So centrally located with all the amenities. Walking distance to both Bay & Ocean and so much more. We had a family reunion & everyone from infant to Grandparents had their space. Spacious and very comfortable with everyone having their space. The management was so attentive & accommodating. Don’t pass on this gem as we can’t wait to return!

The house was great for large groups and wonderful location. Plenty of space to spread out and give large groups some individual time. Be aware the bathroom on the bottom floor is only accessible through a bedroom and/or the garage. The ability to report concerns or get ahold of owners or property manager was awful. We arrived and the digital “house book” was offline so unable to get answers to FAQ’s, check in/out info. The filtered water and ice on the fridge was not working so we called day #1 and reported the issue. Took hours but got a text that house book was fixed and available. No news/updates or fixes for the water so we had to go out and buy water for our 6 day stay. There are 4 tv’s in the house - 2 in main areas and 2 in bedrooms. One of the main tv’s didn’t work - unable to connect to internet (even after our tech savvy person checked EVERYTHING) so we all smashed together on the bottom living room couch and didn’t even bother to report issue since nothing seemed to be addressed anyways. I prefer houses that are not managed by large corporate prop managers - felt very much like a number and not a personal guest. No early check in or late check out. Nice place but has zero easy access to assistance/support/someone who knows the house- very corporate.

A lovely, two story spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath home, with lots of gathering and eating spaces, and a well equipped kitchen for a large family or group of friends. A few minute walk to both bay and ocean beaches, with lots of gear available for a fantastic beach outing. Our family had a very enjoyable stay!

We’ve stayed in over 2 dozen rental homes in the past 3 years. Most disappoint, at least a little, when comparing the property to the pictures on line. Not Deal Manor! This home has been refreshed and looks even better than the pics. It’s a great spot to take a large family gathering. Three groups can find their own space. It’s also ideally located to walk to most anything on the Mission Beach path.

I absolutely loved this home. Awesome location to beach and fun restaurants. We rented roller blades had fun in the hot tub and spent some time on the beach. All locals around the area were awesome And accommodating. The roof top of the house was beautiful. Just wear sun screen. Thank you for having us !

This house was a wonderful retreat for our family. Walkable to both the bay and the ocean, you could not ask for a better spot. The house had plenty of space for our group and we loved the rooftop. Many amenities are not listed on the site, including beach towels, chairs, toys, paddle boards, and a pack n play. We loved the nearby food options and the market made it easy to obtain food and drinks for our stay. We’d highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This place blew us away! It was so clean and so cozy and has SO much space! Having 2 living rooms was amazing and the upstairs small kitchen was great to make some coffee without having to go downstairs. The views on the roof deck were killer. I highly recommend this place.

They gave me all the insight I needed about it and I'm glad we trusted them. We had a larger group than normal and this suited us so well.
