저녁식사, 아침식사 모두 기대 이상임 깔끔한 음식과 친철한 직원 응대, 좋은 분위기

1박만 하기에는 다소 아쉬웠어요

It was a nice stay and a great experience. We had a room with a private onsen which was nice, but it was an onsen inside the room - we stayed at another property which had an outside one (much nicer when it’s snowing). The food was amazing, a great experience. Staff were all nice and respectful.

One of the bad points was the lack of noise canceling in the room - we could hear everything outside in the hallway, and even people talking in the rooms next door - not great as you’re relaxing in the onsen and you can hear people talking next door.

地址位置还不错，出门就是便利店，距离周围的景点都很近

reception工作人员的态度，有一位大约中年的微胖女性，态度非常的恶劣，并且有种看不起人的感觉。 还有酒店的隔音有些差…外面发生什么都能听的一清二楚。 酒店的晚餐很难吃……我觉得是我在日本游玩的经历中吃过最难吃的一顿饭，以至于第二天早餐完全不想去吃。

The interior was great and comfortable.

I got a parking lot view room and I was very upset that I paid the same as creek side view. The staffs at front desk were not friendly and told me the reason was because i booked later than other people!!! It doesn’t make sense at all. I should have been told at the time of booking which type of room I get. I would not book this pricey hotel if I knew I would get a parking lot view!! Food was not so great either for the price I paid.

숙소의 모든 부분이 청결했으며 대욕장도 매우 훌륭했습니다 저녁식사도 아침식사도 아름다웠습니다 근처에 걸어서 약 5분 이내의 편의점도 있어 응급상황에서도 곤란한 일이 없었습니다

노천온천의 사용을 예약제로 운영하면 좋을것 같습니다 인터넷에서 미리 예약을 하거나 당일 인셉션에서 예약하는 방식으로라도 운영 되었으면 좋겠습니다
