It's the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring historic St. Augustine or hitting the beautiful beaches. HOUSE RULES: ➢GUESTS WHO WILL BOOK SHOULD BE 25 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE. IN CASE WE DISCOVER THAT YOU ARE BELOW THE AGE REQUIREMENT, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION. ➢This listing is pet-friendly-Due to cat allergies, please refrain from bringing cats. ➢ ALL hours are quiet hours, please be respectful of neighbors ➢ *No parties allowed on site* ➢Strictly no smoking inside the property! Penalty: $3000 ➢Cars on the street will be towed at guest expense. ➢ After 4 guests, we charge $15 per person, per night. ➢ If there are any undisclosed guests,we can terminate the reservation right away without a refund for violating our house rules, and there will be a $500 fine per undisclosed person. ➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy ➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner, or another designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible. ➢ Cameras if present, are placed for the exterior of the property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present. ➢If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use. ➢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back; if you smoke it, smoke it outside; if you drink it, drink it inside... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts... ➢Our expectation is for the home to be returned to us in the condition in which you found it. 🐶 PET FEES & RULES: ➢ Please advise if you have pets. This listing is pet-friendly. However, due to cat allergies, we only allow dogs. We charge a pet fee of: $25/per day per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to... $150/week per pet and... $300/month per pet for longer-term guests. ➢ Pets are not allowed on the furniture, on the beds, or in the pool. Pet poop should be picked up, no poop should be left in the property. When left alone should be crated. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY OCCUR IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES BY THE PET. ➢ *Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 charge.* ➢ Additional fee may occur if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure. ➢ Bully breeds are not allowed, multiple pets require prior approval ➢ Dogs over 25 lbs will require extra verification and approval 🌱GROUNDSKEEPING Please be aware that we regularly maintain the grounds and utilities of this property, and though we make every effort to provide advance notice, service times often vary; this may include noise disturbances such as lawn mowing, irrigation, and pool/spa maintenance (if present at this property).

The property is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The house would be perfect for a family of four. It was just my husband and I and we really enjoyed the spacious master bedroom and shower. The house is a short drive to the nearest beach access and a short drive to nearby restaurants. We did not bring our bikes so I’m not sure if biking to the restaurants on the backroads is possible? During our stay the laundry room door did come off the track and hit my husband in the head. We understand things happen so we did not make a big deal about it. However, when I brought this up to the host she did apologize and said the door was relaxed before our stay but did not ask if my husband was ok. The host was very prompt when answering any questions I had but came off very stern. The stern responses made us feel less welcomed to be staying there and not at home. Also, the property says it is dog friendly. But not to two dogs around 45lbs. Only two dogs 25lbs and under are welcome to stay. Other than that, beautiful home.
