Located in Tauranga, this attractive house for £74 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Townhouse on Levers Rd in the suburb of Matua, Tauranga. The stand-alone Townhouse is fully self-contained with a pleasant outlook to the Otumoetai Pa Historic Reserve and the summit of Mauao ( Mount Maunganui). The Townhouse is an easy 7 minute walk to the Cherrywood shops incl., Neighbourhood Kitchen Bar & Restaurant, a bakery cafe, 3 takeaways, a chemist, butcher and grocery shop (4 Square). Easy walking distance also to the inner harbour with expansive views to Mauao (The Mount) and harbour entrance. The Townhouse has garaging for 1 vehicle and off street parking for another. PLEASE NOTE: if two guests choose to use both bedrooms, please book as 3 persons. The second bedroom will be locked-off unless both bedrooms are booked. For longer stays (over 6 nights) a change of towels & bed linen will be provided . Guests change bed linen (ie "self-serviced"), while your hosts launder bed linen & towels. Guests are responsible for domestic consumables (tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc) after 3-5 nights. We look forward to hosting you.

The house was immaculate and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very nice and it was a great location near the water and great for exploring all of the areas around Tauranga. Certainly a place we would stay again.

Excellent stay in as new townhouse, spacious and fully equipped to a high standard. Very centrally located and close to beach walk and easy access to amenities.

Very neat and tidy as per the photos advertised which is a nice surprise. Comfortable size rooms, and good bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. Love the view of the trees in the Park and a view of the Mount.

The house was lovely nice and new, beds comfy, internal garage for the car and it had everything you would need for a weekend away from home. Location was central to the city, Mt Maunganui and within close walking distance to the beach which had a nice walkway along the beachside. Steve was nice and easy to deal with.. I arrived later than I had planned and he was kind enough to say I'll go to the townhouse and switch the lights on so I didn't have to fumble my way into the house in the dark. I really appreciated that. Highly recommend this house, I'd definitely stay here again!

Can't fault this property. Looked forward to going back to this house to relax after a day out. Great, comfortable bed, warm home. Communication with owners was fantastic and I was able to check in early.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this townhouse, large independent property with hosts close by if you need anything! Beautiful townhouse, incredibly spacious, modern sleek design with full suite of appliances and amenities. Great location to stage our adventures from, stayed 9 nights and enjoyed what felt like ‘our home away from home’! Would highly recommend this property! Thanks Steve and Wendy!

The property is new and very clean and well presented.The location is very central and easy to find and access. Steve and Wendy were great hosts who welcomed us and also assisted in retrieving a left behind phone charger. Highly recommend and we will visit again.

Perhaps not central CBD but in this case that didn't matter at all. Immaculate property, everything easy, clean, excellent condition. The hosts certainly care and presented a 10/10 property. We will definitely be back if in the area.

Very easy check in process. Great communication with hosts - very responsive. We were the first people to stay in this perfect two double bedroom house. One room is ensuite and the other has a bathroom next door to it. Lounge, kitchen and dining are open plan and very spacious. There is ample parking including a one car garage with auto lift door which hosts the laundry. Has a lovely large deck with outdoor setting overlooking Mount Maunganui which is a quick and easy commute to get to. There is a shopping centre that is a short walk away and a bus to town also stops outside the door half hourly. As previously mentioned, we were the first to stay in this lovely home so there were a few very minor bits and pieces that we felt were missing. Steve (the host) had asked for feedback and when we gave him our little list he said he had taken it on board and would address these very few small things. We had an absolutely pleasant stay! So good in fact we have booked a few more days to finish our holiday in New Zealand there. Thank you Steve and Wendy for making our stay very enjoyable! Only wish we had more time to enjoy this lovely home!
